Building a Stronger Biz with a Company Compass: The WHY

Company Compass-3.png

What if 10 minutes increased efficiency by 10X? What if you could clarify your customer messaging, better prioritize taks, and grow profits simply by revisiting your vision, mission, and reason for existing?

Let me tell you, it’s possible. And we are proof.

We created a process that works for every, single business: the Company Compass. How do we know it works? Because we tried it on ourselves (and our clients) and saw immediate results, including less time creating content, refined customer messaging, and increased lead conversion.

Instead of relying on random “strategies” or the latest gimmicks, we revisited what was already in our biz toolbox and repurposed it to work for us.

Your Business Foundations Steer Your Growth - Not Random Tricks & Strategies

We developed the Company Compass to be a three-pronged approach to evaluating every decision in your business. How? By using your company fundamentals as a litmus test for every decision (especially customer facing ones)!

The three ingredients of the Company Compass:

  • Your vision

  • Your mission

  • Value attributes using word association: The top 5 words you want associated with your brand (e.g. creative, relationship-based, luxury, eco-friendly, etc.).

We then evaluate every action in our business, from social media posts to new products, to see if they fit into our vision, mission, and value attributes. If yes, we proceed. If no, buh-bye!

Create your Company Compass.

This Simple Business Trick Save Time & Money

Creating a Company Compass for your business is simple. If we lead with our WHY and our values, we build trust with ourselves, our employees, and our customers. When we have a strategy that helps communicate CRYSTAL CLEARLY who we are and WHY we’re in business, we attract more customers and say yes (or no) to the right actions.

We can use our Company Compass as a litmus test for every business decisions. If it doesn’t fit into our Compass, it’s a distraction and a waste of resources and time.

Turn Your Passions into Profits

Simple? Maybe. Yet remember - you turned our passion into profit because you believed in the WHY. This is will serve you far better than any other person’s strategies or latest tricks.

When it comes down to making the best decisions for your business, you best serve your customers when you are clear, concise, and consistent! Yet often, as small business owners, we get distracted by operations or unfocused by the latest trends or tech.

Yet staying the course, and serving your customers with intention, results in higher conversions, more sales, and happier customers.

The Company Compass helps you stay that course.

Keep turning your passions into profit.
