When launching and growing our business, it’s easy to get caught up in immediate needs. How to get more customers, pay our selves and employees, launch the newest product? These are important questions.

But what makes your business any different from a salaried, corporate position (the secret’s in the next paragraph). Because let’s face it, owning a company gives us a paycheck, but also headaches, pressure, complications, and paperwork!

What makes owning your own business so appealing? If done successfully, it allows you to create the life you’ve always dreamed of! To do that, you need to create a company that will grow, scale, and become an asset you can monetize.

We started Local Union for work flexibility and financial freedom. Sure, we can operate and maintain our company to provide us with decent paychecks. But the end goal? Retire by the age of forty and make an incredible impact on local communities.
