AGENDA:
Taught by Local Union business consultants and coaches, you’ll build skills and develop relationships with advisors to help you and your business.
This curriculum includes sessions on:
Vision mapping, goal setting, and short and long-term strategy
Business finances, broken down
Marketing and knowing your customers
Leadership, time management, and business skills
Networking with fellow entrepreneur cohort
Free take-home worksheets with each session, which you can use for your business (and share with your employees)!
WHO:
Any aspiring, new, or established entrepreneur looking to strengthen their business fundamentals and strategies, work more efficiently, and reach success quicker.
INVESTMENT:
Tuition for the program is $125.
Includes free individual coaching session with Local Union (valued at $75).
WHEN & WHERE:
In-person in Dunedin, FL classroom (exact location to be announced at a later time).
Wednesdays in May 6-7:30pm
